  I saw Dr. Reinhart for the first time a couple weeks ago and from the first call to schedule my appointment through to my appointment with the doctor, I was extremely pleased with the staff and Dr. Reinhart. I originally called Dr. Reinhart's office because I was seeing another neurologist and every time I needed to schedule an appointment I had to wait a minimum of two months. I called Dr. Reinhart's office on a Friday and they gave me an appointment for the following Thursday. We were off to a great start. When I arrived at their new office in Sun City West there were two people waiting ahead of me and I was told that it would be very soon but there was a Walgreens next door if I wanted to walk over there and look around a little bit but to be back in about 15 minutes. I waited only 30 minutes in total to get in to see the doctor and that was wonderful since my last neurologist it took a minimum of an hour and an overfilled waiting room. Dr. Reinhart was extremely attentative and proposed a medical plan that not only addressed my immediate headaches but also testing for further diagnosis. Thank you to Dr. Reinhart and his staff.

  Overscheduling is the Norm....sitting here 55 minutes after my scheduled appointment with no excuse. Guess they figure old/disabled people have lots of time to waste.
