- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Puttlitz was a great Dr, but don't make the mistake to sign a pain contract!!! He is great at back injections but is clueless on pain management. My wife had a very difficult shoulder surgery and his office was nowhere to be found! Lousy office support and don't expect to have anyone call you back! She was in so much pain that she was vomiting and had suicidal thoughts...his office didn't care. They wanted to plan an appointment 2 weeks out! Shame on you!
